My Family , My Land, My Art and I

Nobelene McKenzie-Stuart continues the journey she started after embarking on a project called ‘Through My Mothers Eyes’ where she and other younger family artists revisited their mother’s land to produce art  which reflects the love the family has for the land. This exhibition will include paintings, carved emu eggs, landscape photography of Adnyamathanha land and jewellery made from gum tree seeds. The exhibition is a living picture of their kinship system and a shared family experience.
