End Of Year Concert
A musical event for everyone to enjoy, the 2008 End of Year Concert presents a showcase of musical talent from music students within the town of Port Augusta and Open Access
College (Port Augusta) Program.
The concert will include musical items from the Port Augusta Combined Schools Concert Band, Wind and Strings Ensemble, Woodwind, Brass and Percussion Ensembles, some vocal and instrumental items, and the Port Augusta Combined Schools Stage Band.
A range of musical styles will be featured in the concert ranging from classical, folk tunes, popular songs and rock.
The concert will conclude with awards given out to deserving students from within the ensembles, finishing with a finale number combining both Concert and Stage Band members.

by DECS Instrumental Teacher Kathrine Jaeschke.
